Neurologist Dr Anna Willard is now consulting in Canberra at National Capital Medical Specialists in Garran, ACT. She commenced her neurology training at The Canberra Hospital and Calvary Hospital and completed it at the Concord Hospital and Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney, NSW.
Dr Willard is looking forward to providing neurology services for the Canberra community in which she lives. She has a special interest in epilepsy, including diagnosis and management of first seizures, assessment and management of chronic epilepsy and advanced therapies for epilepsy – including surgery, vagal nerve stimulation. She is also an associate investigator in multiple trials focusing on the management of newly-diagnosed and drug-refractory epilepsy. Dr Willard also has a strong interest in migraine and headache disorders and treatment.
When Dr Willard is not consulting, she is finalising her PhD research in Epilepsy at The Royal Melbourne Hospital and The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne.
